THE Quest to have all the estimated 11,000 Bodaboda Operators across Butere Sub County form a Sacco has kicked off in earnest. This noble initiative crafted by Kakamega County Medical health Chief Officer Dr. David Alila who comes from Butere could be a game changer. Speaking when he met all the 110 chairmen of the stages in Five wards, Dr. Alila who has been proposed as a patron said the proposed Sacco was for economic empowerment.
