EX Kakamega Governor Whyclife Oparanya last evening threw the local woman Rep Elsie Muhanda under the bus over her bid to be governor. Speaking at Emauko Primary during the funeral service of County Secretary Omuhaka's elder brother, Oparanya, today, SMEMS Cabinet Minister said he could no longer take on baggage.
