OPARANYA TO ELSIE: YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.

EX Kakamega Governor Whyclife Oparanya last evening threw the local woman Rep Elsie Muhanda under the bus over her bid to be governor.

Speaking at Emauko Primary during the funeral service of County Secretary Omuhaka's elder brother, Oparanya, today, SMEMS Cabinet Minister said he could no longer take on baggage.

"I have consulted and have been told to exit Kakamega politics and focus on national affairs because each leader must be given time to deliver on their pledges" He said amid wild cheers. 

The Minister said it was time to end parochialism and politics of divisiveness because leaders must be given time to deliver as elections are far away and that voters need services not just words. 

In an apparent reference to his perceived darling to Hon Elsie Muhanda who thinks she can be Governor, Oparanya stood with Governor Barasa as he said leaders needed time to deliver on their promises and that for a Governor, two years was just for planning. 

"Someone needs atleast three years in the office of Governor because that is planning time and the sane happened to me when Khalwale was pounding me, please let's give time" He said.

Kakamega Governor Fernandes Barasa who was also present was amazed by the love he received in Butere. 

The Governor emphasized that his government was determined to complete all programs started by the previous administration adding that wealth creation and health remain one of his key pledges. 
"We have completed Butere Level 4 hospital which we will be launching early next month, we are also in the process of getting Butere the very first college KMTCat Butere Polytechnic and that will happen this year that is what matters" He said amidst wild cheers. 

Speaking amidst wild cheers and cat calls from enthusiastic supporters, Governor Barasa locally known as Italanyi (A bull with seed, horns, energy and sperm), said he was proud to be the chairman of ODM party in Kakamega county. 

Kakamega Women Representative Elsie Muhanda skipped the event as she was aduved that Oparanya, on whose coat she has been hanging to push her agenda had changed his mind.

GUARDS INJURED AS ELSIE RUNS OUT OF CASH AT FUNERAL.

A   FUNERAL  in Butere has left three body guards of Kakamega Women Representative Elsie Muhanda hospitalised after youths demanded for money at the occasion. Drama ensued when Muhanda, currently eyeing to be Governor promised money to mourners at a funeral in Mulambo area of Butere Sub County. In her short speech to mourners, Hon Muhanda had assured mourners that she had money and she could use the same in her Guberbatorial bid and that they should not worry. After her speech she told mourners to line up for a token in which she started dishing out Ksh 50 per person present.  Excited women and youths who were at the occasion started chanting songs in her praise as Woman Representative as they gyrated to  isukuti .  SAFETY : Honourable Elsie Muhanda being whisked to safety in Butere when she ran out of cash at a funeral.  Soon after her speech, hell broke loose the local MP Tindi Mwale who had taken off earlier was not present to defend The Woman representative

MUMIAS LEVEL 4 HOSPITAL: SABOTAGE OR INCOMPETENCE?

LAST week we got an e-mail from a whistle blower at Mumias Level4 hospital narrating on goings there. From the mail, it appears there is a deliberate effort aither thru ommission or commission by those charged with daily running the institution to bring it down.  Those entrusted by the County Government see that the institution lives to its name of LEVEL FOUR appear to be determined to pull it apart. Locals have failed to get services from the institution dispite the county investing in its well being in terms of drugs and Budget. As a responsible media, we set out to get a comment from those mentioned in the ongoing at the institution.
