KAKAMEGA ASSEMBLY CARTELS USE SEX TO SCARE WHISTLE BLOWERS.

Image
FOR the last couple of days, social media has been awash with stories of sex and morality at the Kakamega County Assembly.  Of rescent is where it's claimed that a top Assembly boss has made several MCAs pregnant and that she was threatening to terminate the pregnancy if he does not take him in as a second or third wife. Eshikumo2030.blogspot.com  has gone behind the claims being peddled by third parties most of them on the payroll of the assembly to use sex and morals as a tool to scare whistle blowers. Most of of those targeted for this smeer campaign are female MCAs who are vocal and have refused to be compromised to shut down as the assembly goes to the dogs. What the public expected is for the James Wanzala Namathsi-led Assembly to be above board but as we are reporting elsewhere, cartels most of the second or third term MCAs are out to scuttle the hopes of the public. Thru the scaremongering, the said evil forces are determined to drive a wedge between Govern...

KAKAMEGA BANK TO AUCTION ASSEMBLY AS KSH 91M DISAPPEARS

Image
KAKAMEGA County Assembly is staring at an auction harmer from Family Bank over a Ksh 40M loan that has been accruing interest by the day. The loan taken when the suspended Clerk Mr. Simwa was still in office, can however not be accounted for as it could have been shared amongst cartels who have ring-fenced the Speaker.  Yesterday Governor Fernandes Barasa held a meeting with angry MCAs who went to his office demanding to know why he had not released money to the Assembly for operations and or allowances.  The over 40 MCAs had to wait for the Governor from 9am to 4pm and held a long meeting that took the bigger part of the evening. A source in the meeting told  eshikumo2030.blogspot.com  that Governor Barasa cleared his name saying he did not owe the Assembly a coin as all the money has been released.  The source said there has been simmering tensions between the Assembly and the Executive over allocations and tabling previous reports for action. Our ...

THE "MUKA SIX" SHOULD BE PUNISHED AS A LESSON.

Image
FOR the last two and a half weeks, the mainstream, social and alternative media have been awash with communication from the apex of the county. The communication shows that there are characters who at the time of Employment, presented phoney or fake academic papers.  Most of those mentioned in the officials letter, fall directly under the employment of Governor Fernandes Barasa and his deputy Honourable Ayub Savula. It is worrying that the two, since the emergence of this letter have kept quite atleast even thru the normal public channels, they have not uttered a word. The law is clear that the Assembly and the Outgoing Public Service Board having pronounced themselves on the status, action should be taken.  The apparent inability or delay by the County Secretary Dr. Boniface Okoth to immediately suspend or call in the police for investigation raises eyebrows in the eyes of the tax payer.  The worry out here is that evil forces are holding the exec...

ACADEMICS. HOW BOARD FIXED BARASAVULA.

Image
THE Outgoing Kakamega Public Service Board  is on mission to fix Governor Fernandes Barasa in terms of Employment. The deliberate leakage of a letter dated 31st March 2023 requesting for employment details of five officers employed by the same board barely six months ago, flies in the CPSB's face.  CPSB, as a gate keeper, is charged with advertisement, scrutiny, interview, shortlisting and Interview of potential employees in the Government.  For the gate keeper to turn up and request for 'Employment Details' from the Clerk of the Assembly there is much more than meets the eye.  The six officers whose "Academics" are being questioned could have as well been fronted by Governor Barasa for employment as they played different roles in his campaigns.  It appears the board, having noticed at employment that the six and 12 others did not have the papers, decided to employ them as a future burgaining chip against the Governor.  The board abd...

KAKAMEGA CLERK RETURNED BY COURT NOW SUSPENDED.

Image
KAKAMEGA County Service board has suspended former Clerk Laban Atemba on claims of abuse of office and misappropriation of public funds.  Eshikumo2030.blogspot.com has obtained a letter REF KKCA/CASB/SUS/LMA/1 signed by the Speaker Hon James Namathsi stating the facts of the action.  The letter dated 31st March 2023 details how the clerk, as an accounting officer paid several individuals and Companies  monies running into millions without proper channels.  At some point in the Exclusive letter, the Speaker claims Mr. Atemba even paid himself some cash for phoney supplies.  The 13-paged letter gives a blow by blow of the charge sheet as it states "That between 2020 and 2021 you made irregular payments of ksh 45,555,626 to suppliers for goods not supplied in contravention of Article 201(a) and (d) of the Kenyan constitution" The letter also accuses the clerk of making a false document contrary to section 357(a) and the penal code.  "On ...

KAKAMEGA COUNTY WATER BOSS SACKED.

Image
Great relief at Kacwasco  Water is life, I take this opportunity to thank our Governor Fernandes Barasa for sending this corrupt officer home, those of us who work with Kacwasco can testify how we have suffered under the leadership of this slay queen. She has been submitting any statutory deductions like NHIF ,NSSF,Lap Fund and KRA on behalf of the employees. She has highly compromised the procurement system. She is very corrupt, from uncontrolled imprest disbursements and trips (per diem). Conflict of interest -Instead of strengthening the county water distribution system,She has bought her own water bowsers one of them being KDE 285R to sell water to the public yet the county has its own vehicles for the same purpose, She has a water bottling plant by the name (CHINA BOTTLERS LOCATED IN NAVAKHOLO) to sell water and even drilled other private water points using the county resources. Lastly she always says her body will maintain her job no matter what. We are...

INSIDE ASEKA - MALOBA TIFF PRIOR TO MURDER

Image
Honourable Maloba the MCA stabbed by a goon close to the MP Aseka Wangaya was a thorn in the flesh of the MP. He questioned the inequitable distribution of resources by the MP.  He took to task CDF expenditure by the MP relying on insiders for information. He hired a private valuer of ALL the storey buildings built by Public Funds and his findings were contrary what was in CDF books.  Honourable Maloba, a seasoned workerholic who had jumped obstacles erected by Honourable Aseka in his path including court cases was really self-made. Honourable Maloba seemed to know the secrets of CDF and other dark dealings of the MP and his living was a danger to the political future of Aseka Christopher.  Honourable Aseka has plainly denied involvement in the heinous death, he has issued a statement but the verdict is out there.  The Khwisero MP is surrounded by hard core goons and criminals some who cant step in Nairobi or kisumu, they have run away from rape, murder, ...

KHWISERO MURDER: WHAT HON ASEKA KNEW.

Image
By Mwalimu Amunga AKHANYALABANDU. Aseka wangaya the mp for Khwisero has RECORDED A STATEMENT ABOUT HIS INVOLVEMENT IN THE DEATH OF MALOBA. DCI cannot summon you about a murder case if they are not sure that you are a person of interest. ASEKA the MP for Khwisero had been named by his fellow political leaders including Ayub Savula and Boniface Khalwale the senator of Kakamega as having knowledge and being present when MALOBA was murdered few minutes past mid-day What is clear is that Maloloba was murdered in Cold blood via  a knife stab and the murderer is already known as a security detail of hon Aseka with enough evidence since it was done in broad daylight with police officers present. Now what surprises all is that the killer was assisted to escape after committing the henious act. As I write this, LIKOYE has not been arrested. The murderer is a person who is part of Aseka was walking around the MP and protecting him with a knife. We have phot...
