OPINION BY JOEL ESHIKUMO.  KAKAMEGA Governor Fernandes Barasa is a trustworthy individual, well bred, sincere and does not backbite people he disagrees with. What is shared privately remain so.  If he does not agree with you, he will ask you on your face why you are not in tandem with agreements and or decisions commonly taken.  FCPA OGW Fernandes Barasa will keep his promise, he will not tell you yes to mean no or no when he means yes.
