ROWDY boys who had been stationed in the home of Lugari Aspirant Nabii Nabwera to disrupt a church function have been repulsed.  The goons numbering 60 had been planning to disrupt ANC part leader Musalia Mudavadi 's attendance of church Service at Mautuma Catholic Church a stone throw away from Mabwera' s home. Video footage of one of the goons cornered and arrested mentions that the Aspirant had intended to stop among others Governor Cleophas Malala from entering the church or their chopper from landing. Before the goons were overpowered, they had barricaded the road leading to the church but had to scamper for safety when police and supporters of Mudavadi arrived and headed straight to the church.
