OPINION ON COLLAPSE OF MUMIAS SUGAR.

Mumias sugar, a company that had employed millions of people, was rapidly brought down to nothing. The lives of those millions who were working there are now jobless and struggling to make ends meet, except for those few who were part of the team that murdered the Giant miller.

There is more than it meets the eye. Having done a proper survey, Mumias sugar factory was not just brought down due to greed but for some many reasons as mentioned below. Greed, is not an exception though. 

THE factory is located a few metres from the heart of Mumias town and along the famous Nzoia river. Therefore it is strategically located in the heart of luhyaland.

It's location enabled it to serve people from all the corners of the Western part of Kenya and even beyond the borders.

Luhya tribe,the largest Kenyan tribe used to fully benefit from the company directly. By looking at some political aspects then, we realize that the fall of Mumias sugar factory was well planned.

Kenya is a country run by cartels. These cartels are from the central, home of our country's founding father. The late Mzee Jomo Kenyatta.

Whenever these cartels meet, they always discuss of how they can dominate over other Kenyan regions, especially those that seems to be a threat. In this case, luhya being a perfect example.

They have well elaborated plans to wrestle down any community that seems rising, though, this plans are always evil.

Among their plans is always to ensure that other regions with larger populations lack what we call industrialisation, and even if there is any industry they use all the means to make sure it falls so that the community remains in sheer poverty.

Poor people are always voiceless, unemployment brings about poverty which breeds inferiority. Together with a section of foolish luhya leaders they began by allowing importation of cheap sugar from other countries.

Secondly, they went around miss educating our people and thus luring them to sell their shares of which they never received payment.

They went further by compromising with anyone who stood in their way, helped culprits who had scooped billions of money from the company to win cases in courts of law.

By rendering luhya community power they were sure of retaining dominance. In there regions we have many industries that have been brought to life by being allocated with billions of cash while nothing is happening to Mumias sugar factory which they stripped naked.

KAKAMEGA SERVICE BOARD UNDER SIEGE - As fresh bid to kick it out is received by Assembly.

A Petition to remove the six members of the Kakamega Public Service Board was yesterday received by the Assembly. We can exclusively reveal. The petitioner Dennis Duncan Muhanda wants the Assembly to consider kicking out the County employment body on a myriad of violations. The resident of Mahiakalo who has lodged the Petition pursuant to the provisions of Article 38 of the constitution section 5 of the county government Act. The six individuals tagetted are Chairperson Catherine Raini Omweno, John Ambrose Wanyama, Stanly Amwayi Were, Joel Amukoko Anyera,Sylvia Itembe Otunga and Ralph Wangatia Immam who constitute the CPDB. BREAKING NEWS: COURT STOPS OPARANYA'S KIN BURIAL

MUMIAS COURT has just stopped the burial of former firsts Lady's uncle over land tussle. In an order by Senior Principal magistrate at Mumias, the burial of Banerd Martin Kadima on a contested parcel of land be stopped. In an application filed by Rajab Opondo Wamukoya thru Maina Kuchio Omukamani advocates, the Plaintiff cites it as urgent.  The late Benard Martin Kadima is the uncle to Priscilla OPARANYA former First Lady and spouce to Governor Whyclifre Oparanya.  The order, to be served upon Butula Mortuary as the second respondent sets 16th as the hearing date where all parties including the first respondent Christopher Kadima will be present.  Apparently, the deceased transferred the contested parcel of land to himself then later to his son without succession.  The brother, the Plaintiff here, is living on land without a title deed.
