OFFICIAL THEFT: IS VIHIGA GOVERNOR VICTIM OR PLAYER?

The massive LOOTING of Vihiga county is happening in the full glare of the elected MCA'S who are supposed to play an oversight role. Reason why they are not playing their roles is coz, the MCas are the greates benefitiariaries of looting and corruption in Vihiga

VIHIGA residents inform me that the only upright MCA in VIHIGA is one hon Abudika and hon FELA MIHESO who have set up motions in the assembly to stop looting. 

Just from the word go, otichillo started his first term by trying to please MCAs so that they do not impeach him by giving them 20 million per annum each for their wards.  That's when Otichilo had his balls captured by the MCAS. HE IS a slave of MCAS. 

Otichilo has killed all suppliers, contractors etc who did businesses with the county by not paying pending bills and by replacing them with companies associated with MCAs and cecms and chief officers.

That the entire security of Vihiga county government is a tender given to one MCA who I will name. That MCA is being paid 500 million annually by Otichilo to guard the county properties.

Otichilo used the same MCA cartels to scrape through to win his second term so that he gives them tenders.

The onus now lies with the people of Vihiga.

Otichilo is presiding over looting of their property and resources by using MCAs. To impeach this man, people must wake up and hold a mammoth demonstrations to force an impeachment  before things get worse. Akaranga did his best to bring order in this great county.

VIHIGA COUNTY needs a man with balls that MCAs cannot teka nyara. A man like George Aladwa. That is the man to cleanse Vihiga county cartels.

RETIRING Principal of little-known Sinaga Girls Secondary school in Siaya County Madam Pauline Kowidi, has hatched a plot meant to fleece parents. GUARDS INJURED AS ELSIE RUNS OUT OF CASH AT FUNERAL.

A   FUNERAL  in Butere has left three body guards of Kakamega Women Representative Elsie Muhanda hospitalised after youths demanded for money at the occasion. Drama ensued when Muhanda, currently eyeing to be Governor promised money to mourners at a funeral in Mulambo area of Butere Sub County. In her short speech to mourners, Hon Muhanda had assured mourners that she had money and she could use the same in her Guberbatorial bid and that they should not worry. After her speech she told mourners to line up for a token in which she started dishing out Ksh 50 per person present.  Excited women and youths who were at the occasion started chanting songs in her praise as Woman Representative as they gyrated to  isukuti .  SAFETY : Honourable Elsie Muhanda being whisked to safety in Butere when she ran out of cash at a funeral.  Soon after her speech, hell broke loose the local MP Tindi Mwale who had taken off earlier was not present to defend The Woman representative

MUMIAS LEVEL 4 HOSPITAL: SABOTAGE OR INCOMPETENCE?

LAST week we got an e-mail from a whistle blower at Mumias Level4 hospital narrating on goings there. From the mail, it appears there is a deliberate effort aither thru ommission or commission by those charged with daily running the institution to bring it down.  Those entrusted by the County Government see that the institution lives to its name of LEVEL FOUR appear to be determined to pull it apart. Locals have failed to get services from the institution dispite the county investing in its well being in terms of drugs and Budget. As a responsible media, we set out to get a comment from those mentioned in the ongoing at the institution.
