KAKAMEGA  County CECM for Sports, Culture, Youth and Women Empowerment Morphat Mandela says he is happy with the  Mashinani  Program. Speaking at an impromptu meeting with a section of coordinators at his Bukhungu Office, Hon Mandela remained upbeat that the County Youth Service and Women empowerment Program-CYSWEP, was meeting its intended purpose. "Largely, the program is on the road to success thanks to a grassroot network that has seen families of those working benefit from the earnings" He said. At a closed door meeting in his Kakamega Office, the county boss ordered the County secretary Dr. Laurence Omuhaka who was present to "make sure" the Coordinators are fully involved.
