EXPOSED: OPARANYA’S PLOT TO KILL RUTO/ RAILA WESTERN INFLUENCE.

Cabinet Secretary Wycliffe Oparanya, a seasoned political figure from Western Kenya, has recently embarked on the initiative to establish a new political party aimed at uniting all leaders from the Western region under a single banner.  While publicly framed as a unifying endeavour for the people of Western Kenya, this move can equally be interpreted as a calculated strategy that undermines the Orange Democratic Movement, the party that has been central to Oparanya’s political ascent and which facilitated his appointment to the cabinet. By championing the creation of an alternative political platform, Oparanya is directly challenging the cohesion and strategic authority of ODM. TAIFA CARE CHECK: KAKAMEGA MINISTER IN MANYALA HOSPITAL.

KAKAMEGA county Heath CECM CPA Livingston Imbai today made an impromptu visit to Manyala hospital in Butere. THREE HEADS BETTER: KAKAMEGA'S DMS Dr Wandei (middle) seems to be explaining a point to Chief Officers Alila and Muhanda in Butere.  KAKAMEGA COUNTY Director of Medical services Dr Stephen Wandei led the County team in inspection of the Butere level 4 last evening. The county team comprising of Chief Officers David Alila and Rose Muhanda Madical service and Public Health respectively, spent the entire afternoon touring the facility. Butere Level 4 hospital is set to be officially commissioned by President William Ruto on the 17th October 2025.  According to Dr. Wandei, the facility is complete and partly equipp6to serve the public. Speaking last evening, Dr. Wandei flanked by Chief Officers, said the Hospital was part of Governor Fernandes Barasa's pre-election pledge to better health.  ENDS . 

PRESIDENT COULD COMISSION BUTERE HOSPITAL NEXT WEEK.

KAKAMEGA County Director of Medical services Dr. Stephen Wandei today led a powerful team to inspect the final touches on the Butere level 4 hospital. The county team was taken thru the facility my Butere MOH Dr. Songa and the Medical superintendent Dr. Evans. The hospital is expected to be launched on 17th October 2025 by President William Ruto. COUNTY Youth Service and Women Empowerment service men and women doing the final touches at the hospital. TOTAL TRANSFORMATION: THE level hospital at 40% at the exit of EX Governor.
