CYSWEP: WILL THE 4TH COHORT FLY LIKE THE 3RD DID? WHY NOT?

In Kakamega County, young people are demonstrating that meaningful opportunities can be created at the heart of local communities. The County Youth Social Work and Empowerment Programme (CYSWEP) is one such initiative. Now in its fourth cohort, the programme continues to engage young men and women in work that may seem routine but has a significant impact on daily life. CYSWEP, Created by the County Assembly and cited as the Kakamega County Youth Service and Women Empowerment Act of 2019, is now in the 4th cohort. Two cohorts under the former Governor and one complete third cohort in the Present administration.  Premised on an operation Manual 1st Edition 2019, the 3rd cohort flew, it was exemplary in its operations across all the 60 wards in the county. OPARANYA MUST STOP HIS JEALOUSY ON HON TINDI'S THIRD TERM.

Oparanya was a two term MP for Butere and is itching not to have the record broken. He wants to plant puppets who he can control as he did to Andrew Toboso. There comes a time in every politician’s career when experience should teach them the difference between political leadership and political control. Wycliffe Ambetsa Oparanya has been around Kenyan politics long enough to understand this distinction. From his days as Butere MP to his tenure as Kakamega governor and his subsequent role in national politics, Oparanya has earned his place in the history of Western Kenya politics. But that history should also come with a lesson: the voters must always have the last word.
