H.E. Governor Dr. Fernandes Barasa, FCPA, OGW, today joined Christian faithful for a worship service at St. Thomas Esheyala ACK Church in Koyonzo Ward, Matungu Sub-County, where he commended the church for its continued role in promoting moral values, peace, unity and community development. Addressing the congregation, the Governor said his administration remains committed to delivering equitable development across all parts of Kakamega County through the implementation of the Six-Point Agenda. He noted that while significant progress has been made, the County Government remains focused on rolling out more projects to improve the lives of residents. Governor Barasa highlighted key development milestones in Matungu Sub-County, including the completion of the Matungu–Ogalo Road, which has improved connectivity and enhanced economic activities.
