DUPPED ORGANIZATIONS PULL OUT OF BOGUS EXPO AS HEAT RISES.
CLOSE to 20 organisations that claim to have paid for a 'Career Expo' in Kakamega have pulled out and could institute legal proceedings against the government.
A letter complete with a county Logo claiming to invite partners to an expo in Kakamega. The Cou ty has ruled the function as fake.
This came less than 24 hours after the Kakamega County government distanced itself from activities of a self appointed Nairobi Liason Office Fred Muka.
Information accessed by this blog shows that several organisations had deposited money in the private account of Worldlink Career Academy SBM bank a company solely owned by Fred Muka.
"We have this morning learnt the with shock that we have been dealing with a con posing as a county employee, we are saddened that we held several meetings over the said Career Expo and thought it was a county affair" reads a letter from Sigalagala Technical Institute.
Without giving details, the college based in Kakamega threatened to move to court to sue the county government for all aged omission and commission.
Eshikumo2030 is in procession of a list of 'partners' that had been approached to sponsored the bogus function slated for 10th February.
Most of these organizations it was not clear if they had made payments to the account but our sources pointed out Shamberere Technical, MUMST university and Golf Hotel Kakamega as having confirmed payment.
