GUV BARASA NOW DRIVING HIS AGENDA THRU ROADS, MARKETS AND BRIDGES.

A GOOD road network is a stumilant to trade and business across an area as it opens up places for exploration.  Construction equipment along Lumakanda Manyinyi road. The road is almost complete to open up the area for economic growth.  Kakamega County is fast exploring opening up virgin roads and improving on the existing ones and putting up bridges where none existed since Independence. KAKAMEGA Governor Fernandes Barasa was received like a hero in his predicesor Whyclife Oparanya's back yard of Butere. SHITOTO GIRLS, THE SAD REALITY. WHO LOOTED THIS SCHOOL?

On the morning of 22nd August 2022, Shitoto Girls Secondary school Principal Lilly Mbati collapsed and died sending shock waves across kakamega. A year after the sad incident, eshikumo2030.blogspot.com has learnt that someone could have taken advantage of the death to loot the institution.  This weekend, we publish revelations that the current financial incapacity of Shitoto Girls could be because the school Accounts Clerk in cahoot with himself or a cabal of others stole.  The Late Principal Lilly Mbati. She collapsed and died at her house in Ekero market.  Who cleared the accounts of the institution off almost ksh 2M left by the late Mbati? Who sold the school cows and drove the school to debts? In our second part series of the Kakamega Assembly dirty audit that the speakers has refused to table, we publish names of employees holding irregular and double allowances paid illigaly and still in employment.  We also feature fiery suppliers who were paid upto Ksh. 45,555,626,00 for supplies despite that the investigation revealed no goods were in the Assembly stores dispute double payments which are against the Public Finance Act 2012.  The report says payment documental lacked accessories like delivery notes LPOs/LSOs.  This report is gathering dust in Speaker James Namatsi 's office. MUMIAS SUGAR: SARRAI BLOCKS KRA FROM COMPANY RECORDS ACESS.

DEVELOPING NEWS : Outgoing Mumias Sugar Company Investor SARRAI has blocked KRA from the facility. According insiders, a team of four people from the tax body arrived at the company this morning to hostility. Speaking on condition of anonymity, the source said Stephen Kihumba, the investor's Operations manager ordered the switching off of electricity. This move according to the source is to Prevent KRA from from accessing financial records that will enable government to evaluet how the company can be helped out if debt.  The insider has told this blog that Mr. Kihumba is against President Ruto's efforts thru the tax body to evaluate the financial standing of MSC in order to revive it.
