LEAVE THE KAKAMEGA FIRST LADY ALONE.

Image
SOME People are ranting and yelling albait secretly, women with black hearts and individuals known to stand for nothing are whimpering. Some men who are also known stand for no values in this society are joining the ranting competition to just seek attention. Why? Because the First Lady of Kakamega Professor Janet Barasa gave an opinion at a requirm mass of a county minister.  The Professor was very categorical that the late Chief Officer, unlike her female colleagues in government, was more focused on delivering the Governor's dream and aspirations.  Governor Barasa's wife, known to say it as it is was very clear that some unamamed Chiefs in Goverment had taken to behaving like "Co wives".  Simple minds have tried to coil this statement to suit warped meanings to no avail, social media wolves, thirsty for blood and hired mouthpieces some wannabe aspirants have attempted to make this a topic.  The fact remains that Mama wa County Janet Kasily ...

GOVERNOR FERNANDES BARASA IS WELL AWARE.

Image
The County Government of Kakamega finds itself in a debt sinkhole as a result of poor management of the previous administration under Governor Wycliffe Oparanya, and poor oversight from the then Senator - Cleophas Malala. In the 2020/21 budget Senator Malala flagged the following items in the budget. 1.  Madala Tea Factory: Required ~Ksh. 150 Million; allocated only Ksh. 20 Million. 2.  Malava Dairy Plant: Required Ksh. 140 Million; allocated only Ksh. 40 Million. 3.  Lugari Maize Milling Plant. Funding cut to zero shillings. These projects, alongside major undertakings like Bhukungu Stadium, Kakamega Level-6 Hospital, and Butere Level-4 Hospital, requiring billions to complete, were inherited by Governor Barasa's administration. Malala exploited the situation for personal gain. Rather than demanding fiscal responsibility from the Executive, he could incite MCAs to reject the budget, only to later broker a deal with Governor Oparanya for its passag...

WHY KAKAMEGA EACC LETTER IS A PILE OF LIES.

Image
Opinion By Joel Eshikumo.  I have read with utter consternation a long incoherent verbiage on Kakamega County published in form of a letter, addressed to the Chairman EACC. The prose is also copied to local leaders and individuals some, known black hearts against the said administration of County and it's operations.  I will not waste my time on WHO wrote this letter but will go straight to debunk word for word the said letter whose intentions are now clear: to hold people captive to deceit and mislead them. First, there is absolutely no fact in the claim that money can be withdrawn from health facilities and shared like ground nuts amongst people.  This is because the stop-gup measures that each Ministry has put in place in as far as funds leak is concerned are beyond reproach.  I don't need to be a financial expert to see that, Besides, banks have also stringent cash withdrawal rules that must be adhered to by every individual, Ministry or department....
