WHY KAKAMEGA EACC LETTER IS A PILE OF LIES.
Opinion By Joel Eshikumo.
I have read with utter consternation a long incoherent verbiage on Kakamega County published in form of a letter, addressed to the Chairman EACC.
The prose is also copied to local leaders and individuals some, known black hearts against the said administration of County and it's operations.
I will not waste my time on WHO wrote this letter but will go straight to debunk word for word the said letter whose intentions are now clear: to hold people captive to deceit and mislead them.
First, there is absolutely no fact in the claim that money can be withdrawn from health facilities and shared like ground nuts amongst people.
This is because the stop-gup measures that each Ministry has put in place in as far as funds leak is concerned are beyond reproach.
I don't need to be a financial expert to see that, Besides, banks have also stringent cash withdrawal rules that must be adhered to by every individual, Ministry or department.
Iam not holding brief for this government but giving a factual opinion meant to expose a cabal of deceptive political know-it- alls and brolers who galivant all over parroting unrefined half-truths.
Claiming and calling for the spy to investigate among other things why people are given facilitation at public organized meetings is itself the height of ignorance because the (OG) Office Of the Governor has a budget for all its activities.
The faceless writers of this dry literature have refused to own their work and so called facts, by resolving to remain nameless, unnonymous and therefore baseless.
Careful reading of this literature smirks of high level ignorance, parroting unrefined commentaries that are both head and legless.
Investigative authorities worth their solt will debunk a claim that during Saud dates, money is carried in bags or sacks to and from whatever place.
Surely, lies must be intelligent, focused and updated but this prose can not meet the threshold for a serious office to step out and venture in the razzmatazz of personal wars between a government and bitters souls using insiders to twist facts for political expedience.
I have been keen to note that all those hanging on and sharing this piece online apart from a few, are individuals who have an axe to grind with the Governor Fernandes Barasa's administration.
My heart aces when I read about the Ministry of health, the supposed goings on and the day light lies, malice, prejudice and falsehoods.
I believe health is at the heart of Governor Fernandes Barasa and he has covered steps in as far as adequate drugs, services and staff are concerned.
It is myopic to cherry-pick officers in the both Public and Medical health Ministries and hang them to dry on wild claims, it is backward to portray the same officers and others in government as suffering from HUBRIS.
From my desk in Eshirembe village, my alignment is my ideology based on the school of pragmatic thought. I am not a zombie to have monolithic perspectives! Because, like the faceless authors of the said letter, you cannot be judge, jury and prosecutor at the same time!
Even in a Kangaroo court or relationship, You cannot pass judgement or even interrogate opaque evidence! Where does your premise rest? You cannot create assertions and aspersions and tie them to the persona of the cou ty and staff and use them as reference! That'd be sub-par!
As a seasoned commentator who usually puts the aggressor on their defence and a known arbiter, I have a solmn obligation to speak that which no one else is willing to.
And this is the truth: The Barasa administration has seen more people enjoy the fruits of devolution than it has been before where known crooks some still in government were eating on behalf of the rest.
