KAKAMEGA WOMEN REP'S THIEVING WAYS NOW EXPOSED.

ELSIE MUHANDA HAS MISMANAGED THE YOUTH AND WOMEN FUND OF KAKAMEGA AS SHE NAIVELY BLAMES PROFESSOR PHILIP MUSEVE KUTIMA FOR NOT SUPPORTING WOMEN AND YOUTH GROUPS

Kakamega Woman MP ELSIE MUHANDA who has allover a certain became a lecturer of Professor PHILIP MUSEVE KUTIMA on how he should give charities to YOUTHS and WOMAN on the road to 2022 elections is a spectacular CROOKED leader who has looted the affirmative action fund of her county to death. 

Elsie runs the fund like her pocket change and hence she has irredeemably failed to serve well the youth and women of Kakamega. 

Whereas her predecessor RACHEL AMESO used to award each youth and women groups Kshs 100,000/= from the aforesaid affirmative action fund, Elsie gives only Kshs 50,000/= per ward. 

Besides one ANNE MALIKHU (an MCA aspirant for Idakho Central and Elsie's co wife) and herself have BUNDLED to themselves monies meant for the youths and women, and promised to build them houses, However they only did so once in the year 2019. The rest of the other years they have done zero.

Elsie's husband one Engineer Muhanda has been widely seen dealing with tents which she distributes to women and youth groups around the County. It is interesting to note that the tents have Elsie's name printed on them loudly, instead of Kakamega County Affirmative Action Fund. In the foregoing does it mean that Elsie and her husband have awarded themselves a tender of supplying tents using public money in this case affirmative action funds? If it is true then they are GUILTY of CONFLICT OF INTEREST.

More over it is in public knowledge that ELSIE and her office assistant one DAN OMUKOFU have jointly or severally leased numerous parcels of land in Busia and Bungoma for sugarcane development. Where are they getting monies to engage in such ventures? Are they getting it crookedly from Kakamega's Affirmative Action Fund as our women and youths suffer poverty? 

Elsie Muhanda should desist therefore from criticising and issuing Professor PHILIP MUSEVE KUTIMA with MALNOURISHED and DIVERSIONARY lectures on how he has not donated to women and youths groups in Kakamega when she has terribly failed to utilize diligently the affirmative action fund under her control and which is public money meant to boast the social and economic lives of women and youth of Kakamega county. 

As the Principal Assistant to Governor of Kakamega, Deputy Governor Professor PHILIP MUSEVE KUTIMA and his boss have utilized diligently and effectively the devolved FUNDS for the benefit of the public of Kakamega.

Kakamegans did not elect ELSIE MUHANDA to GROVEL at the loot of the BUKEMBE IMMIGRANT or CRITIQUE BEG  Professor PHILIP MUSEVE KUTIMA on GIVING charities to youths and women of Kakamega. Kakamegans elected Elsie Muhanda to put into use affirmative action fund well for prosperity of our women and youth and which responsibility she has failed spectacularly.
