GOVERNOR BARASA'S CHIEF OFFICER RESCUES BUTERE BABY.
KAKAMEGA Governor Hon Dr. Fernandes Barasa's Public Health Chief Officer Madam Rose Muhanda last evening in Butere came to the aid of a 4 years old baby born with a condition.
At Eshirembe village near the county Hutchery, the CO in the late-night engagement, has immediately paid for Baby Culture's Health insurance (SHA) for one year to enable the baby access quality and timely treatment.
In an emergency mission, CO emphasized on the need for registration into the health scheme. She was in Company of county employees Pauline Namai and Melvin Owange.
Baby culture was born four years ago with Celebral Palsy.
The Chief Officer emphasized that Governor Fernandes Barasa's determination thru the Health Ministry to stock hospitals with essential drugs is playing a key role in saving lives at the grassroots.

Baby Culture will now get specialized observation and health checks at Butere County Hospital courtesy of this kind gesture.
According to the Mother Selifa Ong'ayo, Baby Culture's condition has been challenging putting in mind that the family lives from hand to mouth.
Chief Rose who also donated food stuff, insisted on the need for cooperation between mothers and grassroot Care givers locally known as Community Health Promoters CHPs to help discover and curtail health complications early. #Barasadelivers....
