EMPLOYMENT: IS KAKAMEGA SERVICE BOARD IN BED WITH OPARANYA?

IMPORTANT PUBLIC NOTICE

It has come to the spectacular attention of ORACLE OF TEREMI DIGITIZATION that some crooked members of the COUNTY PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD of KAKAMEGA are seriously involved in acts of violation of the constitution including contravention of chapter six of the constitution of Kenya 2010.

We have probative evidence of how some of them are constantly holding meetings with the GOVERNOR EMERITUS OPARANYA in Kisumu hotels aimed at favouring the employment of his friends, family members, relatives and sycophants at the detriment of other Kakamegans in all its recruitment and employment processes.

We also have probative evidence of how some members of the said PUBLIC SERVICE BOARD are bragging with IMPUNITY that nothing will happen to them even if they practice favouritism and other vices since their term of office is ending in 2025.

We publicly warn the ROGUE members of Kakamega County Public Service Board that the same law which protects their term of office has also provided for their removal under section 58(2) of the County Government Act, 2012 read together with article 251 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010.

The County Assembly of Kakamega has powers to REMOVE any member of the Kakamega County Public Service Board who contravens chapter six of the constitution and or any other law.

We are going to present a petition to Kakamega County Assembly setting out facts constituting grounds of removal of some notable members of Kakamega County Public Service Board from office based on their acts of violation of CHAPTER SIX OF THE CONSTITUTION OF KENYA 2010.

We are not going to CUDDLE rogue members of Kakamega County Public Service Board going forward. We have placed them under 24/7 surveillance. And we are going to deal with every rogue member omundu khu mundu in accordance with the law. Viva

GUARDS INJURED AS ELSIE RUNS OUT OF CASH AT FUNERAL.

A   FUNERAL  in Butere has left three body guards of Kakamega Women Representative Elsie Muhanda hospitalised after youths demanded for money at the occasion. Drama ensued when Muhanda, currently eyeing to be Governor promised money to mourners at a funeral in Mulambo area of Butere Sub County. In her short speech to mourners, Hon Muhanda had assured mourners that she had money and she could use the same in her Guberbatorial bid and that they should not worry. After her speech she told mourners to line up for a token in which she started dishing out Ksh 50 per person present.  Excited women and youths who were at the occasion started chanting songs in her praise as Woman Representative as they gyrated to  isukuti .  SAFETY : Honourable Elsie Muhanda being whisked to safety in Butere when she ran out of cash at a funeral.  Soon after her speech, hell broke loose the local MP Tindi Mwale who had taken off earlier was not present to defend The Woman representative

MUMIAS LEVEL 4 HOSPITAL: SABOTAGE OR INCOMPETENCE?

LAST week we got an e-mail from a whistle blower at Mumias Level4 hospital narrating on goings there. From the mail, it appears there is a deliberate effort aither thru ommission or commission by those charged with daily running the institution to bring it down.  Those entrusted by the County Government see that the institution lives to its name of LEVEL FOUR appear to be determined to pull it apart. Locals have failed to get services from the institution dispite the county investing in its well being in terms of drugs and Budget. As a responsible media, we set out to get a comment from those mentioned in the ongoing at the institution.
