BARASA MINISTERS : HATE THE SHA IDEA AND OWNER BUT REGISTER.

TWO Kakamega County Chief Officers have rallied residents to register for the health insurance SHA even if they do not like the initiator President HE  William Ruto.

Speaking in Butere during Finance public perticipation, the two Dr. David Alila (Medical Services) and Rose Muhanda Public health accounting officers said the insurance was working.

"As leaders, we are bound to tell our people the truth and in the Matter of Social Health there should be en-mass registration into SHA as it has demonstrated workerbility." Said Alila.

The two insisted that health was allocated the biggest budget share by Governors or Presidents the world over who care about their people. 

"It has been demonstrated elsewhere that indeed SHA is working as we speak now and as of today, Central Province leads in registration as our people lag" Said Rose Muhanda.

Muhanda said it was paramount despite political affiliation for Kakamega Residents across to enroll for the Insurance.

On his part Dr. Alila said the idea should not be politicized that as much as it was conceived and being pushed by the rulling UDA, it was an idea whose time has come.

" I don't care if you hate the initiator but I must be sincere with you as my people this idea is working elsewhere let's make it work here" He Said.

During the event that took place across all the 12 Kakamega sub counties, leaders pledged loyalty to the Goverment of Governor Fernandes Barasa adding that they had seen his record.
