The people of Kakamega have elected Barasa as Governor. Oparanya has served his two terms and retired. Savula can wait and win the next election and be governor. It is Fernandes Barasa to deliver to the people of Kakamega and not Oparanya nor Savula. Barasa should avoid temptations to appoint a cabinet that will have former ministers under Oparanya. If he does this mistake, those ministers and chief officers will be loyal to Oparanya and not to him.This way he won't deliver as they will be picking instructions from Oparanya. Fernandes Barasa, don't return the Oparanya ministers in your government..start afresh as a new governor . Please ignore Savula as he did not deliver votes  Just go into your house and appoint new ministers and chief officers from all the 12 constituencies . The worst that can happen to you is an impeachment . The only person who can impeach you is Oparanya...but if he tries that, Savula becomes governor and that will be worse for him. That mean

FOR the past several weeks, the media has been awash with 'interviews', 'shows' and talk shows featuring a case of 'from grass to grace' the case of Mumias East MP Peter Kalerwa Salasya. I don't blame the media, the wolves have a duty to 'get the information and disemimate' either from the horse's mouth or from sources. I don't blame the young MP Salasya for gobbling up the air space and hogging at the TV shows, I don't blame anybody. I am concerned that direction should be more important than speed, I did not vote for Salasya but listening to those who claim to have given him their vote speak, the chicken is coming home to roost too early.   CELEBRATED Matungu MP Peter Oscar Nabulindo remains a favorite to win the Matungu parliamentary seat despite loosing a point in the recent past. The act by the MP who caused acrimony by decamping from his sponsor party ANC to ODM to stick with Fernandes Barasa as his governor of choice is proving counter productive in an area predominantly Cleonated (prefer Malala). AZIMIO Kakamega candidate for Governor Fernandes Barasa yesterday told off his Deputy over claims that they had already shared Government.  Speaking while meeting Religious leaders at Bukhungu, Barasa appeared to rail at Savula's claim that already they had shared positions in the yet to be formed county government. Barasa said Hon Ayub Savula was his Deputy and that their intension was to win the elections and form an all inclusive government for everyone.
