  CELEBRATED Matungu MP Peter Oscar Nabulindo remains a favorite to win the Matungu parliamentary seat despite loosing a point in the recent past. The act by the MP who caused acrimony by decamping from his sponsor party ANC to ODM to stick with Fernandes Barasa as his governor of choice is proving counter productive in an area predominantly Cleonated (prefer Malala). Honourable Nabulindo, with the help of Malala went on to acrimoniously win a by election that was heavily sponsored by the Kakamega county government led by Governor Oparanya. The mini poll was after the sudden demise of the local MP Honourable Justus Omurunga and Honourable Nabulindo fully backed by the ANC machinery won against ODM's David Were. AZIMIO Kakamega candidate for Governor Fernandes Barasa yesterday told off his Deputy over claims that they had already shared Government.  Speaking while meeting Religious leaders at Bukhungu, Barasa appeared to rail at Savula's claim that already they had shared positions in the yet to be formed county government. Barasa said Hon Ayub Savula was his Deputy and that their intension was to win the elections and form an all inclusive government for everyone. "Forget about stories of dividing this government I to  nusu mkate  we intend to bring everyone on board including the Clergy" Saud Barasa. ROWDY boys who had been stationed in the home of Lugari Aspirant Nabii Nabwera to disrupt a church function have been repulsed.  The goons numbering 60 had been planning to disrupt ANC part leader Musalia Mudavadi 's attendance of church Service at Mautuma Catholic Church a stone throw away from Mabwera' s home. Video footage of one of the goons cornered and arrested mentions that the Aspirant had intended to stop among others Governor Cleophas Malala from entering the church or their chopper from landing. Before the goons were overpowered, they had barricaded the road leading to the church but had to scamper for safety when police and supporters of Mudavadi arrived and headed straight to the church.
