MATUNGU MP Peter Nabulindo has affirmed his commitment to Amani National Congress- ANC and its leader Honourable Whycliffe Musalia Mudavadi.
Speaking in his Matungu office Honourable Nabulindo said he was glad to have been honored to contest and win on the party and that he would not discuss abandoning it.

"Honourable Mudavadi is not only a party leader but also a personal friend who reached out to me when other parties had preferred candidates, I want to stand with him now and in future" He said.

Honourable Nabulindo who is doing his seventh month as a member of Parliament, expressed optimism that Mudavadi will be on the presidential ballot next year and will win. 

"We are standing with our own, others are abandoning their own to pursue personal gain and monetary ends but Iam not in the business of switching party's" he said.

In an apparent reference to Honourable Majimbo Kalasinga who appeared to be joining the DP'S UDA in a recent tour of Bungoma, the MP dismissed that as an act of dishonesty.

"Iam sure Honourable Majimbo Kalasinga did not consult his constituents on the way forward and in future this action if indeed its true could be counter oriductive" he Said.

The MP who has become a darling of the Matungu people overnight after he refused to be drawn into clan divisions and took on completion of projects started by his predicesor, said the country and more so the Luhya community should vote for Honourable Musalia in the coming polls.

"As a community we have been used for a long time, it's time we stood with our own so that the numbers we brag of as registered voters can count and give us respect" He said.

On the recent claims that there were several MP's in the party who were branded as moles, Honourable Nabulindo dismissed the claims as lies and propaganda by known individuals who want to derail the current presidential agenda for AND and Mudavadi. 

" Those are just wild claims meant to push a wadge between Honourable Mudavadi and some brothers who are regarded as hardliners in the 2922 succession matrix" He said.

GUARDS INJURED AS ELSIE RUNS OUT OF CASH AT FUNERAL.

A   FUNERAL  in Butere has left three body guards of Kakamega Women Representative Elsie Muhanda hospitalised after youths demanded for money at the occasion. Drama ensued when Muhanda, currently eyeing to be Governor promised money to mourners at a funeral in Mulambo area of Butere Sub County. In her short speech to mourners, Hon Muhanda had assured mourners that she had money and she could use the same in her Guberbatorial bid and that they should not worry. After her speech she told mourners to line up for a token in which she started dishing out Ksh 50 per person present.  Excited women and youths who were at the occasion started chanting songs in her praise as Woman Representative as they gyrated to  isukuti .  SAFETY : Honourable Elsie Muhanda being whisked to safety in Butere when she ran out of cash at a funeral.  Soon after her speech, hell broke loose the local MP Tindi Mwale who had taken off earlier was not present to defend The Woman representative

MUMIAS LEVEL 4 HOSPITAL: SABOTAGE OR INCOMPETENCE?

LAST week we got an e-mail from a whistle blower at Mumias Level4 hospital narrating on goings there. From the mail, it appears there is a deliberate effort aither thru ommission or commission by those charged with daily running the institution to bring it down.  Those entrusted by the County Government see that the institution lives to its name of LEVEL FOUR appear to be determined to pull it apart. Locals have failed to get services from the institution dispite the county investing in its well being in terms of drugs and Budget. As a responsible media, we set out to get a comment from those mentioned in the ongoing at the institution.
