STATE OF THE SENATORIAL RACE

DEAR YOUTH OF KAKAMEGA, 
 

What you need to know is that my opponent is someone who was given 3M and shelved his Gubernatorial ambitions just like ESAU sold his birth right for a bowl of soup. You need to know that as a Senator he once called WSR the most corrupt politician in Kenya yet now he depends wholesomely on him for day to day living, using the proceeds of what he called "corruption" to campaign. 

You need to check his development record both as an MP in Ikolomani and as a Senator for Kakamega. For instance what oversight role did he play in ensuring that more residents of Kakamega have access to NHIF.

 Did he push as a Senator to ensure that the health centres in Shibwe (his home) and in Shiamakhubu (Shinyalu) are upgraded from the four bed health centres they are today to level 4 hospitals? Has this happened?
I have come into politics recently and in just 6 months I have managed to make NHIF the hottest political topic in Kakamega. Everyone now has it in their manifesto. If I am given the chance, we will change the lives of our people.

RETIRING Principal of little-known Sinaga Girls Secondary school in Siaya County Madam Pauline Kowidi, has hatched a plot meant to fleece parents. GUARDS INJURED AS ELSIE RUNS OUT OF CASH AT FUNERAL.

A   FUNERAL  in Butere has left three body guards of Kakamega Women Representative Elsie Muhanda hospitalised after youths demanded for money at the occasion. Drama ensued when Muhanda, currently eyeing to be Governor promised money to mourners at a funeral in Mulambo area of Butere Sub County. In her short speech to mourners, Hon Muhanda had assured mourners that she had money and she could use the same in her Guberbatorial bid and that they should not worry. After her speech she told mourners to line up for a token in which she started dishing out Ksh 50 per person present.  Excited women and youths who were at the occasion started chanting songs in her praise as Woman Representative as they gyrated to  isukuti .  SAFETY : Honourable Elsie Muhanda being whisked to safety in Butere when she ran out of cash at a funeral.  Soon after her speech, hell broke loose the local MP Tindi Mwale who had taken off earlier was not present to defend The Woman representative

MUMIAS LEVEL 4 HOSPITAL: SABOTAGE OR INCOMPETENCE?

LAST week we got an e-mail from a whistle blower at Mumias Level4 hospital narrating on goings there. From the mail, it appears there is a deliberate effort aither thru ommission or commission by those charged with daily running the institution to bring it down.  Those entrusted by the County Government see that the institution lives to its name of LEVEL FOUR appear to be determined to pull it apart. Locals have failed to get services from the institution dispite the county investing in its well being in terms of drugs and Budget. As a responsible media, we set out to get a comment from those mentioned in the ongoing at the institution.
