DIRTY ASSEMBLY: KAKAMEGA AUDIT NAMES MCAS IN LOOTING.

THE Honeymoon appears over for Kakamega Governor Fernandes Barasa as he settles down for key manifesto service delivery. 
For starters, eshikumo2030.blogspot.com has exclusively obtained documents contained in an Audit the Governor is said to have ordered on the past and present workings of the County Assembly. 
In clear cases of conflict of interest, Key allies of the Governor among them the current Marjority Leader Filippo Maina using proxy companies were paid thousands of shillings for services not rendered at the assembly.

The explosive audit on the table of the Governor could act as a turning point to his administration depending on how he decides to handle those mentioned. 

Governor Barasa it is said is determined to rid the assembly off tainted individuals and this audit could make or break the jinx of his constant call for accounterbility. 
Eshikumo2030.blogspot.com has aceessed tons of documents laying bare blatant theft by MCAs some who lost their seats other who retained and are sitting pretty in the assembly as if nothing happened. 

A look at the documents in our procession shows that Flame Hotel owned by assembly staff Beatrice Ilavonga was paid millions for organizing dinners, public perticipations and other services. 

Sources say Mrs Ilavonga has already confused the Assembly Speaker James Namathsi. 

Another company Wilcar HR Associates, owned by the former budget committee chair who is Marama South MCA Willis and Caroline Opuka, did business with the Assembly under the watch of county officials. 

For instance on diverse dates
Liroyi Company owned by MCA ( Osanga), supplied unknown services to the assembly and was paid multiple Ksh 300,000,500,000 totaling to almost Ksh 6M

Liztech Business Solutions owned by Marjority Leader Filippo Ondako Maina was on diverse dates according to documentation, paid Ksh 742,000 for certain services at the assembly. 
The audit was instigated by the county boss after several letters to his new office pointing out places that need to be cleaned. 

Sources close to Governor Barasa have told this blog that the county boss has expressed shock at the extent of looting at the Kakamega County Assembly and has already started sending fillers to those suspected to be tainted that their days are over. 

The same source indicate that MCAs implicated are shaking in their boots as they are afraid Governor Barasa could call on the EACC and the DCI to act on the audit whose contents are yet to be made public.

GUARDS INJURED AS ELSIE RUNS OUT OF CASH AT FUNERAL.

A   FUNERAL  in Butere has left three body guards of Kakamega Women Representative Elsie Muhanda hospitalised after youths demanded for money at the occasion. Drama ensued when Muhanda, currently eyeing to be Governor promised money to mourners at a funeral in Mulambo area of Butere Sub County. In her short speech to mourners, Hon Muhanda had assured mourners that she had money and she could use the same in her Guberbatorial bid and that they should not worry. After her speech she told mourners to line up for a token in which she started dishing out Ksh 50 per person present.  Excited women and youths who were at the occasion started chanting songs in her praise as Woman Representative as they gyrated to  isukuti .  SAFETY : Honourable Elsie Muhanda being whisked to safety in Butere when she ran out of cash at a funeral.  Soon after her speech, hell broke loose the local MP Tindi Mwale who had taken off earlier was not present to defend The Woman representative

MUMIAS LEVEL 4 HOSPITAL: SABOTAGE OR INCOMPETENCE?

LAST week we got an e-mail from a whistle blower at Mumias Level4 hospital narrating on goings there. From the mail, it appears there is a deliberate effort aither thru ommission or commission by those charged with daily running the institution to bring it down.  Those entrusted by the County Government see that the institution lives to its name of LEVEL FOUR appear to be determined to pull it apart. Locals have failed to get services from the institution dispite the county investing in its well being in terms of drugs and Budget. As a responsible media, we set out to get a comment from those mentioned in the ongoing at the institution.
