THESE ARE THE ONES SPOILING FOR GUV BARASA'S ADMINISTRATION.

THERE is an emerging trend that could destroy or derail the working or the plans of the county Government of Kakamega.
At eshikumo2030.blogspot.com, we have information that pockets of threats are starting to grow within individuals, call them crooks who are now claiming "ownership" of Honourable FCPA Fernandes Baraza's government.
The said groupies are determined to hold Hon Barasa at ransom using past threats, deeds, actions and deals some dating back pre-election.
These individuals are raising their heads in Mumias West and Nairobi and are becoming a bother and a danger to workings of the government going forward.
We have information that their intention is to detract the Governor Honourable Fernandes Barasa from delivering on his mandate and pre election pledges and or concentrate on governing.
The most recent case is that of a Mr. Fred Muka who took over the Liason office in Nairobi and started proclaiming ownership and "working" even without an employee - employee contract.
Another case is in Mumias West where the Mumias Town sweeping contract is generating more heat than light, it's our stand that the lucrative contract should not be used as an 'asante' to loudmouths who proclaim on tall buildings how they helped or are related to this administration.
Governor Fernandes Barasa in his wisdom must not fall for these shenanigans, those people who claim to have played a role in his victory must be told to wait or fuck off if they are in a hurry.
This administration has FIVE years to meet the expectations of the voters both those who voted for it or not.
We will boldly hold this government to account not to concentrate on rewarding but service delivery, the Muka Fiasco, a bloat on the face of the administration on why it allowed a man to pretend for that long as a Liason Officer only to turn out to be a LIER-SON "officer" this sad story is like George Owel's The Government Inspector And that is our stand as a blog.
ENDS.
