KAKAMEGA HEALTH WIKILEAKS: LETTERS COULD BE 'FAKE' BUT FACTUAL.

WE are waking up to letters purported to be from the Kakamega County Ministry of health detailing what is ailing the sector. 

The letters, dismissed as fake by the County service Board Secretary Dr. Boniface Okoth are already meeting their intended purpose which is :To tell the world that all is not well. 
At Eshikumo2030.blogspot.com, we stand to be corrected that the so called 'Fake Letters' could be fake but factual because they contain information and details that Dr. Okoth has not denied. 

What is clear in the denials is that the letters could be saying some truths that someone (read Okoth) does not want to address, a plain dismissal of the said fake letters does not wash. 

What the County Secretary is failing to tell the public is that the wiki leaks contain false information and that the said health departments are fully operational with all equipment. 
One of the letters purported to come from the Health Chief Officer thru the Administrator of the Kakamega County hospital claims there is closure of obstetrics ang gynecology departments due to lack of equipment. 

The County Secretary has not taken a step to check with the said departments and the prove the claims. 

It's obvious, the Health CO is not the author of the letter but the information in the same letter is so intense that one suspects there is a problem within the sector. 

Another letter said to be authored by Violet Musimbi radiographer in charge Kakamega County claims of their inability to offer CT scan services due to CT scan contrast stock out and that general exray services were also not available. 

The leadership of Kakamega County must go beyond the plain denials and social media slaying to get to the root cause of this case of clear protest from medical practitioners in Kakamega this early. 

Health is amongst the six pillers of Governor Fernandes Barasa's piller and anybody taking it for child play must not be allowed. 

There letters could be fake or their authors sabbotours but they contain information that the Okoths of this County can use to their advantage and to the advantage of the entire health fraternity.

GUARDS INJURED AS ELSIE RUNS OUT OF CASH AT FUNERAL.

A   FUNERAL  in Butere has left three body guards of Kakamega Women Representative Elsie Muhanda hospitalised after youths demanded for money at the occasion. Drama ensued when Muhanda, currently eyeing to be Governor promised money to mourners at a funeral in Mulambo area of Butere Sub County. In her short speech to mourners, Hon Muhanda had assured mourners that she had money and she could use the same in her Guberbatorial bid and that they should not worry. After her speech she told mourners to line up for a token in which she started dishing out Ksh 50 per person present.  Excited women and youths who were at the occasion started chanting songs in her praise as Woman Representative as they gyrated to  isukuti .  SAFETY : Honourable Elsie Muhanda being whisked to safety in Butere when she ran out of cash at a funeral.  Soon after her speech, hell broke loose the local MP Tindi Mwale who had taken off earlier was not present to defend The Woman representative

MUMIAS LEVEL 4 HOSPITAL: SABOTAGE OR INCOMPETENCE?

LAST week we got an e-mail from a whistle blower at Mumias Level4 hospital narrating on goings there. From the mail, it appears there is a deliberate effort aither thru ommission or commission by those charged with daily running the institution to bring it down.  Those entrusted by the County Government see that the institution lives to its name of LEVEL FOUR appear to be determined to pull it apart. Locals have failed to get services from the institution dispite the county investing in its well being in terms of drugs and Budget. As a responsible media, we set out to get a comment from those mentioned in the ongoing at the institution.
