BARASA inherited a county that had entrenched corruption. Behind the smiles and photos of the former governor that made many to believe that it was progress, it was actually corruption at work. That's why oparanya has live corruption cases in court. 

The noises and exchange of words that is surfacing currently from unsatisfied characters is a sign that the county government of Kakamega is today in  very safe in Barasa's hands. 

All these noises you're seeing and regroupings  is because corruption taps that had thrived in the second term of former governor Oparanya have been closed by the current governor and the corrupt individuals who used to steal public funds have seen their loopholes sealed. 

As we say corruption fights back dangerously. But BARASA ni italanyi. He will not fear anyone. Even the imbotokha filled characters who keep running to emabole village have been defeated in the name of Jesus.
THE almost complete Butere level 4 Hospital that was launched without a budget but only thru public participation. It was left at 25%. The Barasa Administration had to make a budget before embarking on the completion. 

Contactors had no peace, they were forced to give huge handouts to conduits and CONMEN connected to the then first family, projected were launched without budgets, goons roamed construction sites looking for bribes. 

Barasa funga taps kabisaa.. and continue to ensure that there is no more theft of public funds.

BUTERE COUNTY HOSPITAL: TOP MEDIC DEMOTED IN CHANGES.

THE long-serving Butere County Medical Superintendent Dr Alfred Ambundo has been demoted and retained at the same facility as mere doctor.  In changes contained in a letter sighned by the CO Health David Alila, the hospital Administrator Dalton Mweresia has been uprooted and taken to Malava Hospital in the same capacity. These changes come in the wake of a report in which bees that had built a nest at the hospital for long periods of time attacked and killed an elderly patient almost three weeks ago. Kakamega Governor toured the hospital to access service delivery twe weeks ago where he met CHPS and visited the Hospital pharmacy where assorted medicine was stocked.  The letter dated 10th July stares that the removed officers were supposed to facilitate smooth handing and taking over. It is hoped the changes will enhance service delivery especially at night and weekends when the facility is said to be empty without staff.  ENDS .
