LAST week, your favorite and fearless blog eshikumo2030.blogspot.com received an E-mail from a whistle blower. 

The mail enumerated how, according to our source, (identity hidden) parents were being fleased by the Head mistress Sister Cyrilla Sanya and a cortorrie of individuals in the PTA and BOM. 

For fairness, this blog contacted Sister Sanya for a response and she went verbose with threats, intimidation and cat calls how she would sue if we published the claims. 

Living by our motto of fair, Free and fearless, we publish the letter verbatim and invite Sister Cyrilla to make good her threat to sue. We believe the school should not be used as a cash cow by a few individuals who are out to fleece parents. 

"Class 8 parents were forced to pay shs.6,000 for there daughters 3 day trip to Nakuru, 2k per day. The girls were 290 in total and collection amounted to 1.7M.

Parents begged the school to reduce the trip to two days, so that they pay 4k but the bullish PTA Chair, Mr.Guya(Jaoko) forced it on parents.Jaoko gets all tenders of uniform,sheets and blankets for all these years he has been the PTA chair. 
Are there no other parents enough to represent other parents on BOM?How can he be PTA chair for over 30 years?

What benefits does he receive from that position that he is not tired for serving the school all these years?No one can get a tender if you are not a BOM member! Parents are tired of him,he must go!

The kids went on the trip on 14th August Morning, those coming from Mombasa travelled home on 15th August and from other places travelled on 16th August.

The school reduced the trip days from 3 days to 2 days without informing parents why? Parents started questioning the same and no answer was given.

After their daughters came back, after interviewing them, they found out:

1. They were accommodated at an academy school for the the 2 nights, some kids carried their own blankets and maasai sheets that they used to cover themselves.Why a mixed school yet Nakuru has catholic girls boarding schools?

2. At lunch time, they were only served half loaf of bread and a 500 ml soda!!

This was a raw deal and value of the 6k was not realized. Parents started complaining.

On the Watsap wall of the school, parents asked for statement of expenditure on how the 1.7M was spent, the vocal parents were suppressed and intimidated by being removed from watsap walls.

The school asked for funds from Parents, is it wrong to ask how the cash was spent? We live in times of ACCOUNTABILITY.
Education CS Hon. Ezekiel Machogu. Parents want his intervention at the school. 

The school is after money, money, money, their language is money, trip and motivation money is the bread and butter. PERFORMANCE of the school has GONE DOWN as opposed to other years, only 16 girls got above 400 marks in last years' KCPE!!!

HT Sr.Cyrilla Sanya sents candidates home because of fee balances and expects a high mean score. 

Personally, she sits at the school gate as early as 5 am in the morning to stop girls with fee balances to enter the school,this never happened during Sr.Petronilla Maliubas times. Sister Cyrilla and Guya are dictators, arrogant, greedy and selfish individuals. 

Sister Cyrilla has a pig and poultry projects at teachers quarters (ECDE section) and pork butchery opposite St.Peters catholic church Mumias.She is a fully entrepreneur!!

For the school to reclaim it's lost glory HT Cyrilla Sanya and PTA Chair Mr.Guya(Jaoko) MUST go.

For teachers to do their work better and have peace Cyrilla Sanya and PTA chair Guya MUST go!!

For more children from community to attend st.Annes, Sr. Cyrilla Sanya and Guya MUST go.

For equity and fairness in awarding school tenders,Guya and Cyrilla,the BOM MUST go!" ENDS.

RETIRING Principal of little-known Sinaga Girls Secondary school in Siaya County Madam Pauline Kowidi, has hatched a plot meant to fleece parents. GUARDS INJURED AS ELSIE RUNS OUT OF CASH AT FUNERAL.

A   FUNERAL  in Butere has left three body guards of Kakamega Women Representative Elsie Muhanda hospitalised after youths demanded for money at the occasion. Drama ensued when Muhanda, currently eyeing to be Governor promised money to mourners at a funeral in Mulambo area of Butere Sub County. In her short speech to mourners, Hon Muhanda had assured mourners that she had money and she could use the same in her Guberbatorial bid and that they should not worry. After her speech she told mourners to line up for a token in which she started dishing out Ksh 50 per person present.  Excited women and youths who were at the occasion started chanting songs in her praise as Woman Representative as they gyrated to  isukuti .  SAFETY : Honourable Elsie Muhanda being whisked to safety in Butere when she ran out of cash at a funeral.  Soon after her speech, hell broke loose the local MP Tindi Mwale who had taken off earlier was not present to defend The Woman representative

MUMIAS LEVEL 4 HOSPITAL: SABOTAGE OR INCOMPETENCE?

LAST week we got an e-mail from a whistle blower at Mumias Level4 hospital narrating on goings there. From the mail, it appears there is a deliberate effort aither thru ommission or commission by those charged with daily running the institution to bring it down.  Those entrusted by the County Government see that the institution lives to its name of LEVEL FOUR appear to be determined to pull it apart. Locals have failed to get services from the institution dispite the county investing in its well being in terms of drugs and Budget. As a responsible media, we set out to get a comment from those mentioned in the ongoing at the institution.
