KAKAMEGA Governor Fernandes Barasa today pledged support of all Western Kenya leaders to President William Ruto's government. 

Speaking at Kakamega State Lodge during a farmer's meeting, the Governor said all Governors had resolved to work with the UDA administration for the benefit of all. 

The governor who led his colleagues in presenting memorandums to President William Ruto on the projects needed, said it was time both levels of government invested in Production, value addition and employment.
Nairobi Governor Johnston Sakaja. He hailed the finance leadership at COG under Fernandes Barasa. 

He said by building Agregation parks in most counties, there was also need for intercounty relationship for trade and cross exchange of ideas.

"We must invest in empowerment of our communities to build our people and focus on clear goals that will move and improve lives of our people" He said.

The Kakamega County boss underscored the need for sincere cooperation of all elected leaders especially the four Governors, their MCAs and MP's despite party affiliation. 
At the meeting, Governor Barasa was hailed for his leadership as the Finance chairman following timely disbursement of County allocation from the central government.

Nairobi Governor Johnstone Sakaja hailed Governor Barasa for his steadfast stand at the Council of Governors (COG) that saw historic on-time release of county shareable revenue.

Leaders present hailed all Ministers from the area saying they had exhibited high levels of competence in their respective dockets.
